returns & exchanges
return it within 60 days: Please return your item(s) within 60 days of the ship date. Even new product with all tags attached are ineligible for return past 60 days.
return new items only: All return items must be in new condition. Product that shows visible signs of use including scuffs, scratches, stains, or tears is not eligible for return.
keep the tags on: Please keep all tags on the items you would like to return. If you return an item(s) without the original tags attached a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
featured pricing / promotions: If you are returning an item that was purchased at a featured product price or as part of a promotion, you will be refunded the value of the product after the applied discount.
clearance items: Clearance items are not returnable unless they are defective. If you you consider a product to be defective, please contact us and we will take care of it.
exchanging product: You have the option to exchange for size when you process your return. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, style or product, we suggest returning the item(s) for store credit. Your account will be refunded when the item(s) have been received and processed by our warehouse. You can then place a new order at HYLETE.com and the store credit will automatically be applied.
If you have any product that you consider to be defective, please contact us and we will take care of it.
