General Information
- HYLETE ships within the United States, U.S. territories, and most countries outside the U.S.
- Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. PST (Monday-Friday) typically ship the same-day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m., or on a weekend or holiday will ship the following business day.
- All HYLETE orders are shipped from our distribution warehouse in San Diego, California, and cannot be picked up.

Shipping Charges
We offer $3.99 flat rate FedEx and UPS Ground shipping within the continental United States. All other pricing will vary depending on destination and weight. You can estimate these rates prior to checking out by using our Shipping and Tax Estimator on the "My Shopping Cart" page (you must have items in your cart).
P.O. Box Addresses
Unfortunately FedEx and UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If you prefer to use a FedEx, or UPS option, please enter a standard, physical address for shipping. Your billing address may remain your P.O. Box if needed. If you prefer to ship to your P.O. Box, you will need to choose a USPS shipping option.
APO/FPO Addresses
Unfortunately FedEx and UPS will not deliver to APO/FPO Addresses, so please choose USPS Parcel Post during checkout. Please note that delivery to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 8 weeks depending on your location.
To help ensure the quickest delivery, please follow the address format tips below.
- Name and Address Fields - Enter the full name, grade, and PSC or unit number for the addressee
- City Field - Should only be "APO" or "FPO"
- State/Province Field - "AA" (Armed Forces in the Americas, except Canada), "AE" (Armed Forces in Europe, Canada, Middle East, and Africa), or "AP" (Armed Forces in Asia Pacific)
- Country Field - Always choose "United States"

Import duties and taxes are not included in our shipping charges, and customer may be charged by the carrier. Please check with your customs office to learn more about your duties and taxes.
