How to Measure

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, which is the smallest area of the waist.
Hip

Keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor, stand with feet together and wrap the measuring tape around the hips at the fullest area of the hips.
Thigh

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and wrap measuring tape around the thickest part of the thigh (usually 1" below the crotch).
