I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, beach trips, coffee (because mom-life) & snapping pictures of my girls in twinning outfits. I have always loved being active and focused on fitness but didn't "Bounce Back" physically or emotionally after having my two kids. I want to encourage other mom's out there to listen to their body, to let them know that they are not alone. I knew that something was off with me when I had lost my interest in eating healthy or working out, I knew it was time to focus on my mental health along with my physical health. I hope that I can help other moms out there by sharing my journey.
