Nobody likes when their shorts ride up or bunch up on them whenever they're going through any kind of movement like a squat or a lunge. Now that's why I'm a fan of the flexion short because they don't do that. I'm Thomas DeLauer, your HYLETE Community Captain, and I want to give you my personal take on the flexion short.

So the flexion short utilizes a really unique fabric, this flexion fabric that's semi-slick. What that means is it doesn't bind up on your legs. It doesn't get hung up on your legs whenever you're going through a range of motion. So if you're squatting, if you're lunging, if you're box jumping, anything like that, you don't have to worry about the shorts riding up and causing a lot of discomforts. But additionally, they have different stretch zones with contrast fabric. So that means that you're going to get a lot of stress in given movements. So that means, whenever you're lunging or whenever you're squatting or jumping, you don't have the restriction in a specific area that most shorts would end up causing.

But most of all, I like the quality feel of these. They feel like a good high quality short, without a bunch of weight. And that quite frankly is why it's my go-to, to and from the gym short. I'll see you in the next video.
