Are you having trouble growing your calves? Most people who have this trouble usually have either genetic difficulty or just aren’t training their calves the right way. Common mistakes include using more weight than the calf can actually handle or not getting enough stimulation. This is an awesome calf hack I came up with that doesn’t require any equipment other than a standard dip/chin belt and any add on weight you can attach to the chain. Im using the feet of an incline bench for my elevation, but you can use anything you want. The key is using a significant but manageable weight and combining it with high volume. To get the most out of the exercise, pretend you are trying to look over a high brick wall (every time you reach the top of the ankle extension ) to see what is on the other side Choose a weight that you can handle for 30-60 seconds without rest and perform 5 sets to complete failure, resting 1-2 minutes in between sets.
