What's going on HYLETE nation, it's Thomas DeLauer, and this morning I have a craving killing, fat burning, apple cider vinegar drink recipe.
Here's what we're gonna do, we're gonna start with some organic green tea because it's got epigallocatechin-3-gallate in it, which is a huge, huge fat burner and known to mobilize fat. So, I'm gonna go ahead and add some hot water, just about eight ounces that I normally would. The next step, I've got just a pinch, about a quarter teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt. Then, I'm adding two tablespoons, and I'm eye-balling it, of good old-fashioned apple cider vinegar.
Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, which not only helps mineral uptake, but it also helps a number of other things when it comes to digestion, so you can burn more fat. Then, I have just a dash of cinnamon. Cinnamon emulates insulin within the body. Then, last but not least, we're adding just a squirt of about a half of lemon. The reason we're doing that is to aid in digestion, but also to level off the PH that you get a little bit more out of your day.
