We want you to love your HYLETE gear and wear it confidently. If you are not satisfied with an item in your order, you can return it within 60 days.The return window for purchases made between November 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018 is extended to 90 days, for the holidays.
We only put new items back on the shelf:
All returned items must be in new condition. Product that shows visible signs of use, including scuffs, scratches, stains, or tears is not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for boxer briefs. If you received an item in any of the conditions listed above, please reach out to us, and we will make it right for you.
Keep the tags on:
Please keep tags on the items you would like to return. If the tags were accidentally removed while you tried on the gear, please include the tags in your return package.
Clearance items:
Clearance items are not returnable unless they are damaged. If you consider a product to have a manufacturer's defect, please contact us, so we can take care of it.
Exchanges:
You have the option to select a direct exchange for the same item, in a different size. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, style, or product, we recommend selecting store credit. Store credit is issued directly to your HYLETE account. You can then log in to place a new order and apply the store credit at checkout.
