For The Crust

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 cups hazelnut flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • Dash of @redmondrealsalt

*You can sub for all of either flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a stand mixer
  3. Press into a pan, and bake for 18-20 minutes
  4. Cool/refrigerate before layering

For The Filling

Ingredients:

  • Two 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 6 oz. plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup sweetener of choice 
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Drizzle @choczero chocolate/chocolate caramel syrup 

Directions:

  1.  Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, and sweetener until smooth
  2. Mix in the eggs and vanilla
  3. Pour into cooled crust
  4. Drizzle with chocolate/caramel sauce
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes
