Extended Holiday Returns:

To make your holiday gifting easy, all orders placed between now and December 25, 2021 are eligible for return or exchange through February 28, 2022.*

*Items purchased must be eligible for return to qualify for the Extended Holiday Returns window. Clearance and Flash Sale items are not eligible for return.

Keep the tags on:

When possible, please keep the tags on the items when you test the fit and performance. If the tags were removed, please include the tags in your return package.

Clearance items:

Clearance and Flash Sale items are not eligible for return. If you believe you've received a defective item, please contact customer service at customerservice@hylete.com

Exchanges:

We offer a direct exchange for the same item in a different size. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, style, or product, we recommend selecting store credit. Store credit is issued directly to your HYLETE account upon receipt of your return.
