Returns and Exchanges

Submit a Warranty Claim:

We will happily replace any gear that is damaged within one year of purchase, as a result of a manufacturing defect. If the same size or style is not available, a replacement of comparable value will be offered. If you have any HYLETE gear that does not hold up to your active lifestyle, please submit a warranty claim, and we’ll make it right for you.

Keep the tags on:

When possible, please keep the tags on the items when you test the fit and performance. If the tags were removed, please include the tags in your return package.

Clearance items:

Clearance and Flash Sale items are not eligible for return. If you believe you've received a defective item, please contact Customer Experience through our Contact Us form.


We offer a direct exchange for the same item in a different size. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, style, or product, we recommend selecting store credit. Store credit is issued directly to your HYLETE account upon receipt of your return.

  • If you have already mailed your return, you can track your return here.
  • If you’ve received a pre-order item that is now outside of the 14-day window from the original purchase date, please reach out to us for assistance with your return through our Contact Us form.
