Shipping policy

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the distance of the shipping address and HYLETE's distribution warehouse in Southern California. Transit times do not include the ship date. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, dimensions, and total weight of your order.

  • 5-7 Day USPS Delivery: Contiguous U.S. including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • USPS International Economy (international shipping method): 4-14 business days. You may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Some international orders could take up to 10 business days to process, depending on the day that that the order was placed.

*To calculate the shipping cost and see the estimated delivery date, simply add the desired items to your HYLETE cart and enter your full shipping address at checkout.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • HYLETE ships within the United States, U.S. territories, and most countries outside the U.S.
  • Orders may take 1-2 business days to process. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
  • To check the status of an order, please visit your ACCOUNT ORDERS.

P.O. BOX ADDRESSES

We offer shipping to P.O. boxes within the Contiguous U.S. using USPS. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses using USPS.

To help ensure the quickest delivery, please follow the address format tips below.

  • Name and Address Fields: Enter the full name, grade, and PSC or unit number for the addressee
  • City Field: Should only be "APO" or "FPO"
  • State/Province Field: "AA" (Armed Forces in the Americas, except Canada), "AE" (Armed Forces in Europe, Canada, Middle East, and Africa), or "AP" (Armed Forces in Asia Pacific)
  • Country Field: Always choose "United States"

HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, VIRGIN ISLANDS, AND PACIFIC TERRITORIES

Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail and will be charged carrier calculated rates based on the destination, dimensions, and total weight of the order. Orders shipped to these destinations are eligible for free returns and exchanges.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Import duties and taxes may not be included with your shipping charge, and you may be charged upon delivery. Please check with your Customs office to learn more about your duties and taxes.

Note that we ship out international orders in groups 2-3 times per month, so your order could take up to 10 business days to process (depending on when the order is placed). Orders shipped to international destinations are not eligible for free returns or exchanges.
