All orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of shipment. This return window does not apply to items purchased on Final Sale. For more information about your return options, please read the information below.
Refunds
- Returns must be submitted within 30 days of when an order ships to qualify for a refund.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition with tags still attached to qualify.
- Refunds will be processed once a return package has been received and reviewed at our facility.
- Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed back to the original payment method.
- A $5 handling fee will be deducted from all refund amounts.
Exchanges
- All exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of when an order ships.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition with tags still attached to qualify.
- Exchanges will be shipped once a return package has been scanned in transit back to us.
- Customers will receive an email confirmation once the exchange order has been sent out.
Store Credit
- Returns must be submitted within 30 days of when an order ships to qualify for store credit.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition with tags still attached to qualify.
- Store credits are processed as an e-gift card and emailed once a return package has been scanned in transit back to us.
- Store credits will be sent to the email address associated with the original order.
Instant Exchanges
- If selected, customers can authorize a payment hold on their card to have their exchange orders processed immediately, before sending back a return, for faster delivery.
- Customers will then have 14 days to return their package. If a return package is not in transit back to us after the 14-day window has passed, the customer will be charged the full exchange value.
Warranty Policy
- We will always make things right if a customer receives a damaged or defective item. To submit a claim, please follow the instructions through our returns portal.
- All warranty claims must be submitted within 60 days of the order fulfillment date. If approved, we will happily replace the item or offer a reimbursement as store credit.
